Whether it’s coordinating family outfits for a holiday, creating custom-stitched embroidery for a keepsake gift, or personalizing apparel for your biggest celebrations, every piece is designed with care, intentionality, and high-quality craftsmanship.
Behind every order is a hands-on process—from digitizing custom embroidery and testing thread colors to heat-pressing designs and carefully packing each box. Sweetiepeas Boutique is built on the belief that custom apparel should be durable, comfortable, and made to celebrate the people you love most.

Shipping & Order Processing Policy
Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order placement
Custom & Personalized Orders: Handcrafted to order and will ship within 2 weeks (10–14 business days) from the date your order is placed.
Combined Orders: If an order includes both ready-to-ship and custom pieces, the entire shipment will ship together once custom items are completed. If you need ready-to-ship items sooner, please place them as separate orders.
Return & Cancellation Policy on Custom & Personalized Items:
Due to the made-to-order nature of personalized products, all sales on custom orders are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once production has begun.
Shop Errors & Defects:
If an error occurs on my end (such as a misspelling that differs from your order notes, incorrect design, or a defective item), I will gladly make it right. Please contact me within
5 business days of delivery at :
Sweetiepeasboutique1@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will issue a replacement or refund promptly.
Customer Information Accuracy:
Please double-check all personalization details, sizing charts, thread/print selections, and shipping addresses prior to submitting your order. I cannot offer refunds or replacements for errors provided at checkout.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Non-custom, ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
